Privacy policy

Last updated: [DATE OF PUBLICATION]

Each of our products has its own privacy notice. Our products work in different ways, so this policy covers SOLCARI as a company and this website. For how a particular app or product handles your information, please read its own notice (listed below).

Who we are

This policy is from SOLCARI LTD ("SOLCARI", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17499861), registered office 5th Floor, 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about privacy at admin@solcari.co.uk.

Product privacy notices

Each product's notice explains what information it uses, why, whether anything leaves your device, and any third parties involved (for example app stores, payment providers or advertising partners, where a product uses them). Where a product's notice differs from this policy, the product's notice applies to that product.

Our website

solcari.co.uk doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically keeps short-term server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If we add anything to this website that changes this, we'll update this section first.

When you contact us

If you email us, for example for support or a business enquiry, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include (such as screenshots). We use this only to reply to you and to help with your query, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding. We keep support emails for up to two years so we can follow up on ongoing issues, then delete them. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Purchases through app stores

When you buy one of our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles the payment under their own privacy policies. We receive only anonymous sales reports, not your name or payment details.

Sharing your information

We don't sell personal information. We share it only where a product's privacy notice says so, with service providers who help us run our business (such as our email and website hosting providers), or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To use any of these rights, email admin@solcari.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Changes to a particular product are recorded in that product's own privacy notice.
